Happy Days {Brisbane Family Photographer}

Yesterday I had one of the most fun sessions I think I have had to date!  I have become friends with Allison over the past few months as her daugther has been in a few photoshoots for Princess Ratbag, Momie et Enfant and Peekaboo Magazine.  This was a very long awaited shoot as Allison has been asking me for ages to do a shoot for her.  She wanted a beach theme and a beach theme is what she got – along with a bit of park thrown in.  We decide to utitlise the park as the light at 4:30pm was still pretty intense and the park had some lovely lighting.  And anyone that knows me knows that I shy away from backlighting and flares – however in this case I think it worked and my New Year resolution this year is to play a little more with backlighting to add some different elements into my photography!

We ended up at the beach at around 5:30pm and even at that time the light was pretty crazy – lucky I had my reflector assistant and we made the situation “work” !

{Guys I hope you love your sneak peak and your video – will be in touch soon xx}

Till next time

PS – this is a very very long post!

Just beautiful and what a stunning family. Love the golden light as well as the whispy hair on the girls. Love the painted wall pic too and the balloons.

These are most stunning — the lighting is incredible — so soft colours and you’ve really captured the moment. Keep up the good work!
